  Stopped in today as I've tried the "sample" a few times and liked it. Told the sales person I wanted the same tea as the sample. Spent $45 in the store on the tea mix and rock sugar. Got home and brewed to the directions. Completely different. The tea in the store was bright pink (orange and berry mix). My tea is brown. Doesn't taste the same. I call the store, she says maybe I used the wrong sugar. No I brought the sugar you sold me. Oh it must be the vessel you used since you didn't buy ours. What? First time customer, won't return. Now I have some ok tea for $45 but it's not what I wanted. Silly waste of money.

  The workers there were very friendly, and were very happy to fix my receipt when they took 30% of my bill instead of the 40% I was supposed to receive. The only downside is that this store is VERY expensive, as it is owned by Starbucks. They will accept Starbucks gift cards, which is a plus, and it adds stars to your rewards account.
