  I made a rapid pick up order which I never have a problem with and everything was fine except my brownie which is hard as a rock I couldn't even put my fork through it. I called the store and Kelly wasn't very helpful all she had to say was they usually aren't that bad but she can't help it because they're out on the counter all day which in my opinion should be some kind of health hazard, I don't even think they're covered by a glass dome. So she offered me a voucher for a dollar it's not about the money I couldn't care less about the dollar I just wanted the brownie or at least a new brownie.

  Food is always great, fast and convenient. Only complaint would be the portion sizes vary when ordering in or taking to-go.

  Love this place. I have been to like three in the Tampa/Branden area and this location is my favorite. They always get my order right and are very nice to my kids. I can feed my three years old and take her to the playground in the Mall and let her burn off some energy.
