  Last time we will ever go here. This location used to be a great place to take the kids for lunch as a treat a couple of times a month. However, the last 3 times we have gone the service and quality have noticeably declined. This visit was the last straw. After waiting nearly 45 minutes to get food and watching multiple people leave because the waitress never served them, we received our food. 2 of the meals we ordered were wrong. We waited for a waitress to come back by for several minutes. Realizing the restaurant was short staffed we tried to make the best of it and eat what we were served. Unfortunately 2 of the burgers we got had what must have been 3-4 tablespoons of mustard on them. Clearly they were made in a rush an quality was out the window. After trying to get the attention of the wait staff again, I took both played to the front counter where the manager? Dustin said that I was being rude and that they were short staffed, no one would come in, and they were doing the best they could. I informed him that we would not pay for something we couldn't eat, and again he said I was rude and that I should leave. After this exchange our party of 4 left along with 8 or 9 other people who witnessed the event. I am extremely disappointed given that the restaurant has signs up everywhere claiming they are "fanatics" about customer service. We will not be back.
