  A store that has lived out its usefulness . Newer and bigger stores are being built . So why keep a store that was robbed and small open? I won't be back , this store is a dinosaur.

  Everytime I go to this particular Publix there is drama. I am a couponer that follows all of the rules. I even asked for a manager today to ensure that I was following the rules so that when I got to the counter there was no issues. When I got to the register the cashier gave me a hard time and another manager did too. I am a very honest person and I hate being treated like I am a theif. This Publix makes its own rules as it goes along, isn't coupon friendly and I am starting to believe that they HATE BLACK PEOPLE! Shame on you Brandon Mall Publix! I will keep shopping at the Causeway Publix where my business is appreciated and I am respected.

  Whomever is giving a bad review about customer service must be an ex-employee or one of their friends. I just wish they would put a stop sign at one of their entrances. Since there isn't cars speed through an intersection because people think they have the right of way but they don't at that intersection. I'm surprised there hasn't been more accidents , I mentioned it to a manager about a year ago and nothing has happened. Other than that , this store is very good.
