  If you have a hankering for BK, go to a location other than this one. I guarantee you will be able to drive to another location, order your food, receive it, and eat it before leaving the drive thru of this location. This evening, my order ticket states I placed my order at 6:08pm, and closed the check at 6:27pm. Keep in mind, that's just when I paid. I then waited at least another 5 or so minutes to get up to the pick up window. Once there, I got to sit for a few minutes watching my bag of food sit while three people working there stood in the drive thru window area, talking to the manager, who was looking right at us but didn't bother to, hmmm...I don't know, mention to one of the workers to get the food out. So yeah, cold food...yum. We had a similar experience the last time we ordered here about a month ago. I originally chalked it up to being a fluke or maybe a customer giving them issues; now I'm not so sure.
  
  My daughter's sandwich did come with a small wedge salad on the burger, though, so that was nice. Too bad it made a dent in the burger and the bun.

  Very poor, young lady at the register had an attitude. Then waited for our food for ten minutes, observed other people getting their food that had came in after us. I saw our sandwiches sitting in the expedite tray, finally asked about our order and we got it. Onion rings were cold and there was barely any mayonnaise on our chicken sandwiches. We will not be stopping here again any time soon even though we live right here.

  Keri, you complain about every restaurant you visit lol your review is irrevelevent. Maybe if you had a job of your own you would understand sometimes things get hectic, and my employees love me, can your husband say the same thing about you? My bet is no.
